Program One - S.T.A.R.
(Success Through Accountability and Readiness)
Non-clinical Cognitive Behavioral Education 8-Week Program
S.T.A.R. is an 8 week structured program that helps participants reflect on past choices, build emotional awareness, and develop practical life strategies for responsible decision making. The program promotes growth through accountability without blame or shame, creating a safe environment for learning and personal transformation.
Participants explore cognitive behavioral principles, emotional regulation, and victim awareness to better understand how thoughts influence behavior. Many individuals entering the program experience feelings such as anger, guilt, hopelessness, or depression connected to past experiences. Structured education helps them process these challenges constructively and build resilience.

Program Two—Workforce Readiness Training
Structured 4-Week Cycle
The Workforce Readiness Program equips participants with practical skills needed to secure and maintain employment. Training focuses on professional behavior, communication, and preparation for real world workplace expectations.

Participants complete a 4-week structured training cycle designed to build confidence and improve long-term employability.
Program Three—Literacy and Digital Skills Training
Structured 4-Week Enrollment Cycle
This program strengthens literacy and technology skills needed to navigate daily life, employment systems, and essential online services.
Enrollment Structure
Sessions operate on a structured 4-week cycle, with new groups beginning every four weeks. To maintain consistency and group cohesion:
Enrollment must occur prior to the program start date
Participants are not permitted to join after a session begins
This structure ensures all participants receive the full instructional experience and progress together.
Certificate of Completion
Participants who successfully meet program requirements receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing skills gained. Certificates may support personal records, employment opportunities, or referral documentation.
Computer and Digital Skills Training
Hands-on instruction includes:
- Using computers, tablets, and smartphones
Keyboard, mouse, and email basics - Creating and managing email accounts
- Completing online applications
- Navigating secure websites and digital portals
- Internet safety and responsible online behavior
Participants also learn how to access essential online resources such as job search platforms, government and benefit portals, healthcare systems, and educational tools.
